During the development process, led the team to create a carbon emission calculation system and develop a data management tool, which can view and analyze the campus carbon emission situation at any time, providing a reliable basis for formulating emission reduction plans. Specifically designed a carbon emission display report template combining pictures and texts, presenting complex data in an intuitive chart form to help users quickly understand information and make judgments. Engaged in long-term research on campus environmental protection data, and completed multiple professional and standardized greenhouse gas emission analysis reports in accordance with internationally recognized standard requirements.

By establishing a full-process management mechanism from data collection to report completion, ensured that the final report content is detailed, accurate, and has practical reference value.

In accordance with general standard requirements, established a full-process work specification from data collection to report generation. By integrating the campus's operational data in various aspects such as energy use, supply chain management, and community interaction, used intelligent analysis technology to establish an evaluation model and actively participated in the formulation of industry standards. In terms of data analysis, combined map analysis technology to display the carbon emission distribution situation and created dynamic data charts to achieve environmental risk early warning.

At the same time, innovatively developed a visual carbon footprint report template, and improved the readability and decision-making reference value of the report through data visualization technology. In the professional field, continuously carried out research on greenhouse gas emission accounting and completed the compilation of greenhouse gas emission reports in line with international standards.

By expanding the collection channels of low-carbon field materials and systematically screening public information resources on the Internet, strictly controlled the materials from three dimensions: scientificity, accuracy, and timeliness. Implemented a campus low-carbon dynamic content maintenance strategy, regularly conducted a diagnosis of the existing information, carried out version iterations on the identified outdated data, and conducted targeted calibration on the content of the smart campus section with expression deviations to ensure the accuracy and authority of the website information.

In the material management link, formed a cross-departmental cooperation team, classified and marked problematic materials, and regularly carried out data repair or supplementary collection. In terms of professional construction, deeply deconstructed the "Sustainable Development Report Standards" of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and innovatively compiled an implementation manual in combination with the school's local practice needs. Used a multi-dimensional data analysis model to complete the learning and modeling of professional charts such as the evolution of carbon emission intensity, and transformed complex indicators into decision-making insights through data visualization technology to ensure that the report has both professional depth and communication effectiveness.
