Working Group on AI Application and Ethical Governance

Following the Recommendations by the Taskforce Report, the University sets up a Working Group on AI Application and Ethical Governance to coordinate, monitor and evaluate the implementation of the Guidelines and other related policies and regulation. The Working Group is co-chaired by Professor Zhijun Lin and Professor Zhanchuan Cai, with members from the four main academic clusters, i.e. Professor Xiaodong Li (FIE), Professor Wenmin Wang (FIE), Professor Ying Xiao (FMD), Associate Professor Youhua Xu (FC), Professor Huajun Tang (MSB), Professor Timothy Lee (FHTM); Professor Zaicheng Yi (FL), Professor Xudong Liu (FA), and Director Xichen Zhao (ITDO).

Any specific requirements and suggestions on improving AI literacy in different programs can be forwarded to the Working Group by the representatives from Faculties/Schools/Institutes.
