Sustainable development is one of the major challenges facing mankind and an important goal for the long-term development of human society. Macau University of Science and Technology, as a diversified and comprehensive university, is committed to building a sustainable economic, social and ecological environment. The Sustainability Committee of M.U.S.T. will make use of the core strengths of the existing disciplines of M.U.S.T. to accelerate the construction of a green and zero-carbon campus through academic research, high-quality education, social practice and smart campus. The committee will strive to deepen and integrate M.U.S.T.'s sustainable campus initiatives, strengthen cooperation and exchanges within and outside the campus, and lay the foundation for a sustainable future green campus.
